Finding Funding Sources
We are knowledgeable in funding affordable housing projects. We orchestrate the process of finding the grants and loans and make the necessary applications.
Pre-Development Funds
These funds help finance the upfront costs such as architects, engineers, consultants, fees and studies necessary to make capital funding submissions. We find the sources and make the applications.
Tax Credit Application
Low Income Tax Credits are most often used for affordable housing projects. We are very familiar with the process and submissions.
Additional Funding Sources
We are well versed in other sources of funds that are necessary for a successful project. We seek out and secure these funds.
Team Assembly
We put together agencies and developers to ensure the match is best suited for the project and the intended outcomes.
Architecture and Engineering
Building design and cost analyses are integral with the grant and loan applications. We provide all services from conceptual design through construction administration.
