Yes, we have contacts with companies that provide those services such as the market study, environmental studies, appraisal and geo-technical study.
Architectural Services
We already have an architect. Can we still use your firm?
Yes, we can still help in finding funding and making applications.
We want to use a local architect but they are not familiar with the process. Can you still help?
Yes, we can provide the early design and cost analyses for the applications then bring in the local architect for the construction documents and construction management.
Historic
We want to renovate an historic building. Can you help with this?
Yes we can. We have been involved with a number of historic structures and the historic tax credit application process.
Construction
We don’t have a contractor to build the project. Can you assist with the construction phase?
Yes, we have contractors with whom we have worked and are very successful in assuring that the project is completed within the schedule and within the budget. This way the community can be assured that the project to which they are committed will in fact start serving it's residents on the date intended with very few, if any, surprises along the way.
