Bren Blaine, Principal
Mr. Blaine has been in the financial field for over 35 years after graduating with an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. His experience with affordable housing has included grant writing for low income housing tax credits, historical tax credits, Federal Home Loan Bank grant, gap financing, and private foundation grants. He has also created the appropriate sets of financial records for the life of the housing projects.
In addition to concentrating on affordable housing he has been the treasurer of an 18 million dollar manufacturing company and the founder and owner of a 2 million dollar custom software company which designed and implemented financial systems for over 250 companies. Mr. Blaine has also been the treasurer of a private holding company involved in all investment decisions and the trustee of eight trusts and the treasurer of a private foundation.
Mr. Blaine served as the Executive Director and CEO of two not-for-profit organizations, one of which provided affordable housing. He was responsible for all grant writing for both organizations including major government funding.

Roger B. Robinson, Principal
Mr. Robinson has been active in the affordable housing field for over 25 years. He has acted as architect, project manager, development director, governmental liaison and construction manager. His duties have included site selection, building programming, grant writing, building design, construction documents, construction oversight and project completion.
Mr. Robinson has been an architect for over 27 years after his graduation from the University of Cincinnati School of Design Architecture Art and Planning and is registered in a number of states.
For the past 15 years Mr. Robinson has been a board member of a non-profit organization that provides housing and related services to homeless persons with histories of emotional and/or mental disabilities.
